This is a large, empty plot in our neighbourhood. I suppose that in some distant, pre-crisis time, someone was planning to build something here. In the two years I have lived here, it has been the main doggie toilet of the area. But no longer. Last week a fence appeared, along with an indication that it is municipal property. Rumours, hopefully true, is that the town is going to convert this plot into a park:

On Sunday afternoon my wife and I went for lunch at a popular buffet restaurant on Playa San Juan (our beach). Fortunately, we went early; when we were leaving, there was a queue to get in:

After lunch, we went down to the beach and spent a few hours reading and drinking beer and looking at the other people–that’s what the beach is for. Here is the local purveyor of “genuine” designer bags:
