Just another spring week in Alicante, with a mix of sunshine and cloudy weather.

A leftover image from the previous week’s Semana Santa processions. Hello Kitty is everywhere:

I am endlessly fascinated by the shapes of the tree roots in our neighbourhood. This one reminds me of an animal paw:

The road from Busot to Jijona, part of my standard weekend cycling route. It looks pretty, but a lot heavy breathing is involved:

El Campello harbour on a nice, sunny afternoon:

There are even spectator sports to look at while enjoying a cold beer on the beach promenade:

Avenida Vicente Ramos being cleaned in the morning. We do not get much rain around here, so from time to time it is necessary to hose down the street to prevent things from getting too dusty:

After 11 years at our office, Pierre is moving to Brussels. We had a farewell reception at our VIP room. He will be missed by all, not least because he is one of the usual rockers at the Game Café Sunday afternoons:

Finally, my daughter in one of her many funny pajamas, her favourite style of clothing, at least when she is at home:
Love the lighting on your daughter’s face
