Not a lot of pictures this week. I was busy at work, and so all but the first picture were actually taken on Saturday. If there is a theme, I guess it must be cats.

On Saturday afternoon I drove to the fishing harbour in El Campello to go for a walk and photograph some threatening clouds that were rolling in. This is a small-scale operation, as is evident from the size of these boats:

People feed the cats, there is shelter when it rains, so it is not a bad place for them:

I decided to drive up into the mountains to see if the clouds looked more interesting there. And they did, I think:

I cycle along this road every weekend, and a couple of weeks ago I noticed this roadside memorial. It is common to see bunches of flowers or small crosses at spots where someone has died in a traffic accident. But this particular memorial is more elaborate than most:

Back home, I photographed my whiskey altar in the living room, illuminated by the setting sun. Right now, there is only one whiskey in it, Penderyn from Wales. The other bottles are Evolution vodka from Poland and the magnificent Luis Felipe brandy from Andalucía:
